Refund and Returns Policy

1. About This Policy
This policy explains how returns and refunds work when you shop at Drage Records, operated by ANDRE DRAGE HARALDSEN.
If there is any problem with your order, please contact us. We aim to be fair and helpful.

2. Your Right to Cancel (EU Customers)
If you live in the EU or EEA, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason.
To cancel your order, email us at info@dragerecords.com within 14 days.
If you cancel:
- The item must be unused and in good condition
- Please return it in the original packaging if possible
- Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect
3. Refunds
Once we receive your return and check the item, we will let you know.
If your refund is approved:
- The money will be sent back to your original payment method
- Payments are refunded through Stripe
- Refunds usually take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank
Original shipping costs are not refunded unless the return is due to our mistake.
4. Damaged, Faulty, or Wrong Items
If your item arrives:
- Damaged
- Faulty
- Different from what you ordered
Please email us within 48 hours of delivery at info@dragerecords.com and include:
- Your order number
- A short description of the problem
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
In these cases, we will offer a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
5. Lost or Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time, please contact us.
We will investigate the issue and, if needed, send a replacement or issue a refund.
6. Items That Cannot Be Returned
We cannot accept returns for:
- Items marked as final sale
- Items that have been used or damaged after delivery (unless faulty)
Any non-returnable items will be clearly stated on the product page.
7. Shipping & Fulfillment
Orders are packed and shipped from our fulfillment partner in Lithuania.
Even though we use third-party shipping services, Drage Records is responsible for your order and for handling refunds or replacements if something goes wrong.
